Regina is such a lovely human. I went for a massage and she was very courteous and professional. She took a few minutes to consult with me and get a sense for what areas she should focus on and it was conducted extremely well. Will be back!!

I’ve had a lot of sports massages in my life and Regina is the best masseuse and experience I have had. The calm atmosphere and her openness to ask what I needed to focus on felt very individualized. The massage itself was second to none and she used a lot of pressure, which I needed and my body immediately felt better. I’ve gone back multiple times already and every time has been great. Her professionalism is shown from the start and I will continue to support the business.

Regina is literally the best. I have been going here for 13 years and can't believe how long it has been since I have been seeing her. She knows exactly what she is doing, she is well versed in muscle anatomy, which I think is super important for anyone who is giving a massage. I always feel better immediately after finishing the massage. I only wish I could go more often. She is also very pleasant with a great personality and I will keep going to her forever. I have tried other massage places occasionally and it has never been the same, not even close!

I’ve been to spa adagio twice. Regina is the kindest and most personable therapist I’ve ever met. The first time was before my wedding with my mom. We had the best experience so I got a gift certificate for my maid of honor and other bridesmaid for the forever friends package. Fast forward 5 years, I’ve got 2 toddlers and one on the way and today my best friend and I went again. It’s such a personal time with whoever you go with or I’m sure it’s the same on your own. We were greeted warmly and had time to chat and fill out forms, and when we were ready change into our robes. She came and spoke with us about aromas we liked/disliked and then we followed her lead. Wonderful experience both times, I’ll be back.

Would give more than 5 stars! Me and my mom came in for a mother daughter day and the experience was such a treat! Once you enter the gorgeous Victorian style space, Regina creates a welcoming and warm environment for you to relax and take a break from regular life. She has a wonderful quality of touch and knows where all the tight spots are! We can’t wait to go back :)

Regina was the best. I strained my back, she accommodated me immediately, and was able to help me resolve my pain. She is very knowledgeable, caring and very skilled with great medical specific knowledge to deal with injuries. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best massage I have ever had in my life! My Son! and I were on a trip to Baltimore. I decided to go get massages. Regina took the time to listen to you and implemented everything she learned during your session.. Will absolutely be returning.
